Heart of Hannah House Rules
 

1. I will do my medication each morning and evening. When I see I need a refill I will make a request with the prescription numbers and the pharmacy number on it to call and get that refill.

2. Any appointments I need (such as: solicitor, attorney, doctor, dentist etc.) I will make a request to make those, not any staff member will make those for you. This makes you responsible to take care of that yourself. If you need a letter sent out then I, Ms. Narvis will do that for you.

3. Never ever talk with teachers about anything that you have to do because you will need to come in my office to do that. Teachers are for your recovery or Biblical teacher to help you in that area and also the person over the house is to carry out what I want done in the house but never is she to make calls for you or do any business for you.

4. I understand that I cannot bring anything back from my visits such as: (chocolate, hard candy, soft candy, fruit, drinks or drink mixes of any kind, etc). Only the first Sunday of the month I can bring toiletries back or maybe trade out clothing.

5. No more flavoring packs for water.

6. Never touch the radio in the van to turn up or down.

7. Never ask where are we going and how long are we going to be gone.

8. Always if you have an appointment, you have to know the address of where you are going and put it on a request form at least 24hrs in advance.

9. Book reading, only on week-ends, through the week which is Monday thru Friday up until 6pm you have to read your Bible and also you are required to get an Overcomer’s handbook. Friday night thru Sunday night you may read regular books and by Monday morning at 8am they must be placed in the telephone desk in hallway and will remain there until the next Friday at 6pm.

10. No perfumed lotions, perfumes or body spray are to used due to allergies- they will need to be turned into the office and you may take them home on your next visitation (regular lotions are allowed such as Jergins, Keri or Vaseline intensive. Anyone found in possession of perfumed lotions or body sprays will be written up.

11. You must each submit the web-site to get your hours; if you cannot do that then you must have a check stub or a weekly computer printout.

12. Early morning clients: you are only allowed to get up one hour before leaving to go work. You have thirty minutes to get ready and thirty minutes ONLY in the kitchen. If you do not need the full thirty minutes to get ready you may sit in the hallway at the desk and do devotions.

13. Every client of Heart of Hannah will bring their bibles down to breakfast and THERE IS NO TALKING. This is a time to read your bible and devotion book and prepare for your day.

14. You will not gossip in this program to another client about anything. This is an automatic write-up and will not be tolerated.

15. If you have a complaint please come to the staff only as other clients are    here to work on themselves. This is an automatic write-up and will not be tolerated.

16. No client getting up on early shift should cut on any lights in the living room.

17. No purses are to be taken to work at any time!!! You will need to purchase (this weekend) a makeup bag and take only pads, tampons, and pens to work with you. No body spray or lotions may be taken anymore!!!  

18. No family is ever to be brought into Heart of Hannah at pick up or drop off for visitation unless they are here to see staff. The other clients are not to be introduced to your family due to Hippa policy and privacy issues.

19. If you are switching out clothing then you will need to have the clothing from here that you are replacing together in a bag in the foyer to be counted upon your return from visit and sent home. Our storage building is not for excess clothing!!! Only you arrival suitcases are stored there!!!
